The spring market is here, and homes are coming on the market faster than they were a few weeks ago. Additionally, more buyers are starting to look for homes as we get into the warmer weather. If you're thinking about selling your home this spring, there are four things you should keep in mind: 

1. Make the interior of your home as warm and inviting as possible. It's important that people feel at home in your house. Some of the best ways to do that are by simply decluttering, organizing, and deep cleaning your home. 

2. Pay attention to the exterior of your home. First impressions matter. Updating an outdated mailbox, replacing the address numbers on your house, or even laying down some fresh woodchips and flowers can make a huge impact on buyers as they walk up to your home.
