Our client, Tracy, just made the big move from Lexington, Kentucky back home to West Michigan for an exciting new job opportunity. Originally from the area, she’s thrilled to be close to family and friends again—and even more excited to be settling into her brand-new Allen Edwin Home!

Fun fact: the first home Tracy ever owned was an Allen Edwin Home, so in a way, this feels like picking up right where her story began.

Coordinating a same-day sale and purchase in two different states can be a logistical puzzle—but our team worked closely with Tracy’s Kentucky agent, her lender, the builder, and the two title companies to make sure every piece lined up perfectly. From money transfers to keys in hand, everything came together seamlessly on closing day.
