Option A — Drop off a check at Chicago Title (in-person)

If you choose this option, you’ll need to deliver your earnest money check within two (2) calendar days to one of the Chicago Title offices listed below (you’ll see these details again after you submit the form).

Option B — Electronic earnest money deposit (online)

If you choose this option, you’ll be redirected to Chicago Title’s secure website to complete the deposit electronically. There is a $15 charge for this option.
