Closing Day Success in Ravenna! 🎉

We’re thrilled to celebrate with our buyers on the successful purchase of their new home in Ravenna, MI — a beautiful 3-bed, 1-bath home on 8.84 wooded acres.

This one took a little extra patience. The sale was contingent on a land split through the county and township, which stretched out longer than anyone expected. Our clients never wavered — they trusted the process, stayed flexible, and ultimately came out ahead. Along the way, we worked through several inspection items and successfully negotiated repairs, setting them up with a solid start in their new home.

And what a property it is! With nearly 9 acres of level and wooded land, it’s a dream canvas. The buyers are excited to add gardens, carve out trails for dirt bikes and Onewheels, and possibly build a barn that could one day house Mr. Buyer’s fabrication business.

When we asked how their first weekend went, here’s the response we got (and it’s too good not to share):

“We’re going to have a chill camping weekend and just take it in…

– 8 M18 batteries ran through the blower
– 4 gallons of gas in the pressure washer
– 2 tanks of string trimmer gas
– Tank of gas in the riding mower
– ‘Let’s just pull up this stair carpet..’
– Trim and carpet out of bedrooms
– Completely filled my shop dumpster
– First Menards trip together (only $317 — not bad and no arguments!)
– Made it to my nephew’s dedication at my brother’s church Sunday morning
– Bottle of wine in coffee cups Friday night, steaks cooked in a pan because we forgot the grill… and we were so happy!”
