Closing Day Celebration: The Perfect Home at the Perfect Time

Today was one of those closings that just makes you smile. Our client is absolutely thrilled about his new home on Grand Pre Avenue in Kalamazoo—and for good reason! He told us more than once that this feels like the perfect home for this stage of his life.

One of the biggest blessings? One of his daughters is starting at Western Michigan University, and her dorm is only 7 minutes away. That kind of convenience is hard to beat!

The home itself checked all the right boxes:

• It’s a newer house where most of the big updates are already completed.

• The basement is clean and dry—perfect for peace of mind and future possibilities.

• The landscaping has been beautifully cared for, giving the home an instant warm welcome.

• The kitchen flooring was just redone in July, and our client already has plans to extend it through more of the house.

• The backyard is fully fenced, which leaves the door open for a four-legged family member someday. 🐾

• And above all, he loves the location—close to everything yet tucked in a neighborhood he already feels at home in.

This was a win-win transaction all around. The sellers, represented by Sheila Strong of Strong Properties, couldn’t be happier either. They’re a young and growing family who just welcomed their third baby boy into the world three days ago. Talk about a week of big milestones!
